Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Add products to your cart and continue to checkout. We take orders over WhatsApp, so a pharmacist can confirm stock and delivery with you directly. You can also message us any time to order.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. You can browse and check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you save addresses, track orders, and manage prescriptions.
Prescriptions
How do I order prescription medicine?+
Upload your prescription on our prescription page or send it over WhatsApp. A licensed pharmacist reviews it, usually within a few hours, before we prepare and dispatch your order.
Is my prescription kept private?+
Yes. Prescriptions are handled confidentially and reviewed only by our licensed pharmacy team, in line with UAE Ministry of Health regulations.
Delivery & Payment
How much does delivery cost?+
Delivery is AED 15, and free on orders above AED 100. Same-day delivery is available across Umm Al Quwain.
How do I pay?+
Payment is on delivery β pay by cash or card when your order arrives. There's no online payment required.
Can I return an item?+
Yes, subject to our return policy. Medicines can't be returned once dispatched for safety reasons, but many other products can be returned within 7 days.
