We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, or upload a prescription β including your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Prescription documents are collected solely to dispense medicine lawfully.
How we use your information
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, verify prescriptions, provide customer support, and keep you updated about your orders over WhatsApp and email. We do not sell your personal data.
Health information
Prescription and health-related information is treated as sensitive. It is accessed only by our licensed pharmacy team for the purpose of reviewing and fulfilling your order, and is stored securely in line with UAE Ministry of Health requirements.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only where necessary β for example, with delivery personnel to fulfil your order, or where required by law. Any partners who handle your data on our behalf are bound to protect it.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to health data is restricted to authorised pharmacy staff.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You can also update your profile and saved addresses directly from your account.
