All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. Prices are shown in AED and may change without notice. Where a pricing or product error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected order.

Payment is collected on delivery by cash or card. Delivery fees and estimated times are described on our delivery page and may vary by location and demand.

Returns are handled in line with our return policy. For safety reasons, dispensed medicines and certain other items cannot be returned.
