Our return policy
Your safety comes first. For that reason some items can't be returned, but for everything else we keep returns simple and fair.
Eligible items can be returned within 7 daysof delivery, provided they're unused and in their original, sealed packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Can Be Returned
- Cosmetics and personal care in unopened, original packaging
- Medical devices and equipment, unused and sealed
- Supplements and wellness products with intact seals
- Baby care and mother care items in original condition
Cannot Be Returned
- Prescription medicines, once dispensed
- Over-the-counter medicines that have been opened
- Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products
- Personal hygiene items where the seal is broken
How to request a return

Tell us which item you'd like to return and why.

We'll arrange collection or advise the nearest drop-off.

Once we receive and check the item, your refund is processed within 5β7 business days.
